The Bunk model manufactured by City Pods is not only of the highest quality, but also
engineered to maximize the utilization of vacant space in existing buildings.
Exterior
Each side provides a single occupant both privacy and security with an upscale feel. Each door and window are textured to provide added privacy, and each door is also equipped with a keyless lock that communicates with a property management system to effectively manage each bed.
Interior
Each side of the Bunk Pod includes multiple outlets to charge personal devices and a HEPA air filter to circulate fresh air. Ceiling mounted smoke detectors and fire suppression system provide mandated notifications in case of emergency and walls are constructed of anti-bacterial and anti-graffiti material to improve the lifetime value of each Pod.
Double Pod

engineered to allow two people to share a single unit.

Designed for two people, the Double Pod provides ample space, privacy, security, and an upscale feel for dignified accommodations. The door is equipped with a keyless lock that communicates with today's property management systems.

Configuration & Layout
Similar to a traditional interior corridor hotel, City Pods are designed to be aligned in compact rows to efficiently utilize vacant open office floor plans and warehouses. Both models have the same height and depth measurements to provide consistent layout scheme and aesthetically pleasing interior design.
